Travel Directions - Nashville Airport to Conference Venue

The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is served by all major airlines and is conveniently located only 8 miles from downtown, or a 15-minute drive in normal traffic conditions.

Directions: From the airport, merge onto I-40 West. Stay on 1-40 West into downtown Nashville, where you take Exit 210C for 2nd Avenue toward 4th Avenue South. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for 2nd Avenue and turn right onto 2nd Avenue South. Continue on 2nd Avenue to Korean Veterans Boulevard and turn left. Located on the right at 600 Korean Veterans Boulevard. Turn right on 6th Avenue for entrances to the garage.

Taxi Service

Taxis are available outside of baggage claim to transport you from the airport to the conference location at a cost of approximately $25. More info on taxi service from the airport is available here.

Buses and Shuttles

  • Cost: $30 one-way, $50 round-trip
  • Begins at 7:00 am and final run is at 11:00 pm.
  • Guests do not need to make a reservation.
  • Guests should estimate travel time to be 30 minutes.
