Travel Directions - Nashville Airport to conference venue

From the airport, merge onto I-40 West. Stay on 1-40 West into downtown Nashville, where you take Exit 209A for Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway and stay straight onto West End Avenue. The hotel will be on your right at 2100 West End Ave. 

The conference venue is 9 to 10 miles from the airport.

Taxi Service

Taxis are available outside of baggage claim to transport you from the airport to the conference location at a cost of approximately $25. More info on taxi service from the airport is available here.

Grayline Downtown Airport Express

• Cost: $14 one-way, $25 round-trip
• The shuttle stops at Loews twice every hour at 10 till the hour and 20 past the hour (subject to change-contact concierge on arrival)
• Starts at 6:00am and the last one is at 7:00pm.
• Guests do not need to make a reservation.
• The shuttle comes automatically and does make other stops when it leaves our hotel.
• Guests should estimate travel time to be 30 minutes.
