This research offers you what most studies do not—a direct voice to inform school improvement efforts in your district.
The data collected from this project will help us understand the practices and policies that promote positive changes in high schools, classrooms, and student performance. This information will directly inform the design process in which Center personnel work collaboratively with district leaders, school leaders, and teachers in your district to develop a process to share best practices across high schools.
In addition, these important benefits are available to you:
- Schools that participate in case studies (e.g. interviews, observations, and focus groups) will receive $1000.
- Schools can receive up to $1000 based on how many teachers complete the surveys. Schools that participate in teacher or student surveys will receive
$300. If 80% of teachers complete the survey, schools will receive an
- Principals who complete the school survey will be entered into a drawing to win one of ten $500 stipends or ten $300 stipends.
